How we are remunerated
We engage all our clients prior to commencing any work for them so they know what services will be provided at what cost.
We offer our accounting clients an Annual Accounting Service Fee (AAS), which is spread over 12 months to help our client’s budget effectively and plan cash flow. Our Annual Accounting Service Fee (AAS) will be designed to suit individual needs.
For example, it can include:
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns;
- Meeting with you upon completion of your Financial Statement and Tax Returns to discuss your results and taxation obligations;
- ASIC annual returns for all companies in your group;
- All ATO, ASIC and statutory compliance items;
- Tax Planning
- Quarterly BAS
- Unlimited telephone calls and emails throughout the financial year with regard to any matter.
For any Special assignments outside the scope of the Annual Accounting Service Fee you will receive an engagement letter detailing the cost of the services and appropriate time frames to complete the work.
Wealth Management advice fees are paid on a fixed fee basis and dependant on the complexity of the advice. For personal and business insurances we are remunerated by way of commission from the life insurance company. For further information please refer to our Financial Services Guide (FSG).
